I am a conscious Black woman born and raised in LA. Moving around as a child helped me develop a love for fluidity and the ability to adapt quickly within any environment. 

Despite being frequently uprooted as a child, I decided that when it was time to have my own children, I would create a home environment that was empowering, conscious, consistent, and rooted in instruction.  

Over the years, I have embraced being a mother and wife, an educator, a creator, and an (in-my-own-kitchen) chef! As I move through my interests with intention and joy, I find comfort in knowing that my inspiration is rooted in my ancestors' stories.   

I have a deep love to connect, build, and share with other Black women and mothers. I would like my readers to be inspired by my storytelling, to find joy in life, gain knowledge, and develop a more profound sense of self!
